My name is Debs Snook and I live in Fareham. 

I have always enjoyed nature and the colours that the different seasons bring. I enjoy my walks along the beach, especially Hill Head and Lee on Solent and can often be seen picking up pieces of drift wood, shells or pieces of sea glass that have been rounded smooth by the motion of the waves over the years.

I also love birds and flowers, the colours and varieties that are around us.  For the past two years I have dedicated a small piece of my garden to wild meadow flowers.  It has brought so much joy in seeing both bees and butterflies enjoying it too.

My daughter-in-law Linda, has joined me in our venture to capture nature through art, our sea glass and pebble pictures reflect this and we use what we find beach combing. 

I also recycle old beads and jewellery, capturing my interpretation of flowers in a summer’s meadow and along the coast in pictures and also on wooden letters of the alphabet.
